Furthermore, in accordance with Bill 25, effective September 22, 2023, sections 3 (collection, use, disclosure), 4 (retention and disposal), and 6 (data security) do not apply to an individual\u2019s information related to the performance of their professional duties, such as their name, title, role, as well as the address, email address, and phone number of their workplace.<\/p>
